How are the ingredients sourced?
We select ingredients based upon a three-part criteria: purity, nutrient profile, benefits.
Do you use fragrance in your formulas?
We use a natural botanical scent that is free from synthetic ingredients.
Why is there maltodextrin in your ingredients?
We source our ingredients based on a three-part criteria: purity, proximity to organic sources, and highest nutrient profile. When global issues affect the growth of certain plants, we adapt by sourcing ingredients using the highest standards available. Very few of our ingredients require stabilizers like maltodextrin. In cases where it's unavoidable, we opt for maltodextrin derived from the tapioca plant.
PRODUCTS
Is your packaging recyclable?
Bottles: Our products are packaged in glass bottles coated with opaque paint. This combination shields the ingredients from light exposure, helping to maintain their potency. While glass is generally recyclable, the added paint coating may affect recycling processes. We recommend checking with your local recycling facility for their specific policies on handling painted glass bottles.
Lids: are not recyclable. We are working on this to make them 100% recyclable.
Boxes: Yes. They are also reusable when the inner tray is removed. We designed it that way.
Rubber band: Yes
Do you offer refill programs?
The 100% whole plant ingredients in our products are naturally susceptible to bacterial growth. To maintain product safety and integrity over time, we've developed a specialized dispensing mechanism. This design minimizes potential contamination while enhancing the user experience. However, it also means that our bottles cannot be safely refilled. This approach helps ensure the quality and safety of our products throughout their intended shelf life.
What is the longevity of your products?
Our products are designed for immediate use upon delivery, ensuring you receive them at peak freshness. They contain no preservatives, maintaining their natural integrity. For powdered products like PRIMA ROSA and IÓ, activation occurs when liquid is added. These formulations are crafted to maintain efficacy for 6 months to a year. However, for optimal potency, we recommend using them as soon as possible after receiving.
